HerWay was born from a simple observation: early-career women are often the most capable people in the room, but the least likely to speak up. We're here to change that — one practice conversation at a time. This project was developed through the Women@Dior × UNESCO Dream for Change Challenge, in the occupational category.

Equip every early-career woman with the confidence to own her voice

We provide a safe, judgment-free AI environment where women can practice the conversations that matter most before they happen in real life. Confidence is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be trained, refined, and built.

The Team

Four mentees, one shared conviction

We are Nimah, Chloé, Yena and Aelita — four mentees of the Women@Dior Mentorship Program. HerWay was born from our own experiences navigating early-career workplaces without access to mentors, and from the conviction that every woman deserves a safe space to practice and grow.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Yena is driven by the challenge of turning nascent ideas into tangible products and making cutting-edge concepts accessible to global audiences.

Aelita is a Master’s graduate in International Marketing & Business Development from SKEMA Business School, with a strong focus on strategy, business development, and AI-driven innovation. Passionate about building scalable businesses and identifying growth opportunities, she works on market strategy, product positioning, and early-stage business development projects, helping ideas evolve into structured and viable business concepts.

Why We Built This

Because practice shouldn't be a privilege

Access to mentors, coaches, and safe spaces to rehearse difficult conversations is unevenly distributed. Women from underrepresented backgrounds, those entering new industries, and those without professional networks face a structural disadvantage.

HerWay levels the playing field. By simulating real workplace dynamics with AI, we give every early-career woman the kind of preparation that used to require a personal mentor.
